PWA BYLAWS & CONSTITUTION
Agenda Item # 9, "Proposed ByLaws Changes", will involve multiple votes on various changes to the PWA ByLaws & Constitution. We've had a review of the document and there were changes to clarify items, update old terminology, etc. An edited version of the current ByLaws is available here:

http://www.lifttilyadie.com/PWA/Headquarters/Bylaws&Constitution.pdf

You'll notice that the text is in 3 different Colors. The original text that is NOT changing is in BLACK. Original text that IS changing is struck through and in ROYAL. The CHANGED text is underlined and in RED.

Please read the ByLaws and be prepared to vote on the changes. When we get to Item # 9, I will go down the pages and ask if there are any questions about each change. For the items without questions, we will vote to pass them as a group. Then we will discuss each item that had questions and vote on them separately.

Any other proposed changes will be voted on after the "new" document is completed.
