| To assist PWA Meet Drectors, the following forms have been uploaded:
- ATTEMPT CARDS: Print the sheet and take it to Kinkos. Have them print it on a "medium weight" Card Stock. Use their paper cutter to cut it into four cards per page.
- PRINTABLE SCORESHEETS: These scoresheets have 25 lines per page and ask for only the important data.
- CURRENT PWA RECORDS:
- 2010 USAW MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION (Updated Jan. 10, 2010).
