ELIGIBITY:	Open to all USAW Registered lifters. You must present valid USAW card, or a printout of your membership at weigh-in. You can register at the Meet.
LIFTS:	The Snatch and the Clean and Jerk.
RULES:	USA Weightlifting rules apply. One piece lifting suit that covers the trunk and does not cover knees or elbows is required. Athletes are permitted to wear a one piece full body tight fitted unitard under the lifting suit.
